College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE) is a self-financing arm of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), one of the top 100 universities worldwide.

PolyU CPCE, one of the largest self-financing providers of full-time tertiary education in Hong Kong, oversees the operations of Hong Kong Community College (HKCC) which offers sub-degree programmes and the School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED) which offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

About IEEE Institutional OA Agreements

Your institution has an OA publishing agreement with IEEE that makes it easier and more convenient for authors to publish open access. This type of agreement often includes a number of pre-paid article processing charges (APCs) to allow researchers to publish open access in eligible titles. Some institutional agreements have internal processes approving the use of APCs or limitations on the number of APCs available or the type of journals they can be used in.
