HEAL-Link Consortium consists of Greek Universities, Research Institutions, the National Library of Greece, the Academy of Athens and the Library of the Greek Parliament. Currently, members of the Consortium are eligible for a number of waived APCs to publish in IEEE’s hybrid and fully open access journals until 31 December 2024.
