National and University Library in Zagreb (NUL) is a representative of the Croatian Academic and Research Libraries Consortium since 2015 based on the Agreement between NUL and the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Youth. The aim of the consortium is to facilitate broader access to electronic scientific resources, supporting the principles of open science and open access. By fostering collaboration among institutions and providing seamless access to scholarly materials, the consortium enhances the visibility of the Croatian scientific community on the global stage.

About IEEE Institutional OA Agreements

Your institution has an OA publishing agreement with IEEE that makes it easier and more convenient for authors to publish open access. This type of agreement often includes a number of pre-paid article processing charges (APCs) to allow researchers to publish open access in eligible titles. Some institutional agreements have internal processes approving the use of APCs or limitations on the number of APCs available or the type of journals they can be used in.
