National Pingtung University, (NPTU), is a national university located in Pingtung County, Taiwan. On August 1, 2014, it was established by the merger of National Pingtung University of Education and National Pingtung College of Business and Technology. After the merger, there are 7 colleges, 32 departments, 30 master’s programs and 1 doctoral program. It is a National university with the characteristics of higher education, vocational education and teacher training.
