Since its founding more than 50 years ago, TU Dortmund University has developed a special profile encompassing 17 departments ranging from science and engineering to social sciences and culture studies. The University Library of TU Dortmund University covers the article processing charge (APC) for a limited number of articles to allow researchers of the TU Dortmund University to publish their papers in IEEE`s hybrid Open Access Journals. For IEEE’s gold Open Access journals, the fees will be covered, if the journal is part of the positive list of your faculty.
