Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL)

Founded in 1970 and rebuilt a year after the Ministry of Education (MEC), UEL represents the leadership effort of northern Paraná that understands the need for a higher education institution, as an advance of regional development. The University incorporated the pioneering faculties of Science, Philosophy and Dentistry, created in the 1950s. The academic structure is evidenced by 53 on-site Graduation courses (baccalaureates and bachelor’s degrees), two distance education courses, and 191 Post-Graduation courses ( residences, specializations, mestrados and doutorados), distributed in nine Study Centers, apart from a community formed by 25 thousand students, professors and technical-administrative servers.

About IEEE Institutional OA Agreements

Your institution has an OA publishing agreement with IEEE that makes it easier and more convenient for authors to publish open access. This type of agreement often includes a number of pre-paid article processing charges (APCs) to allow researchers to publish open access in eligible titles. Some institutional agreements have internal processes approving the use of APCs or limitations on the number of APCs available or the type of journals they can be used in. Please speak to your University Librarian or Open Access Administrator for more details and to check availability. Additional information can be found above regarding your institution’s OA agreement.
