Università degli Studi di Foggia
The University of Foggia was officially established by the Ministerial Decree of 5 August 1999. The Faculty of Educational Sciences was added in 2008 to the Faculties of Agriculture, Business, Law, Humanities and Medicine.
Following the law on the restructuring of the university system, the University’s new statutes, which came into force on 15 June 2012, ratified the replacement of the six Faculties with the current seven Departments: Department of Agricultural Sciences, Food, Natural Resources and Engineering; Department of Economics; Department of Economics, Management and Territory; Department of Law; Department of Humanities. Literature, Cultural Heritage, Educational Sciences; Department of Medical and Surgical Sciences; Department of Clinical and Experimental Medicine.
The University of Foggia, through the national contract between CRUI and IEEE has an unlimited open access agreement with IEEE that enables researchers to publish articles as open access without open access fees in all IEEE fully and hybrid open access journals. The agreement applies to all original research articles accepted for publication between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. To benefit from this agreement, the corresponding author has to be affiliated with Politecnico di Bari. Please use the correct institution name and your institutional email address during submission. It is recommended for authors to select the CC BY 4.0 license. The open access funding request will be approved by an administrator in the library.
Overlength page charges or color fees are not covered by the agreement and will be charged to authors.
