Università telematica Universitas Mercatorum

Universitas Mercatorum is the telematic University of the Italian Chambers of Commerce built on the most modern and effective technological standards in the field of e-learning and, as such, it aims to structure a training offer aimed at a main target of “people already in employment” who want to obtain an academic title by “attending” online courses. The same name Universitas Mercatorum recalls the origins, the nature and the typical vocation of the Chambers of Commerce as representative bodies of the community and of the generality of the various subjects and productive fields and that in our system are – together with the Universities – “functional autonomies” to the development of local economies and societies. Universitas Mercatorum intends to take on, also in the name, the connotation of an University that is born from companies for enterprises of all economic sectors, taking the leadership in training by creating academic paths characterized by innovation and, therefore, by valuing its human capital.

About IEEE Institutional OA Agreements

Your institution has an OA publishing agreement with IEEE that makes it easier and more convenient for authors to publish open access. This type of agreement often includes a number of pre-paid article processing charges (APCs) to allow researchers to publish open access in eligible titles. Some institutional agreements have internal processes approving the use of APCs or limitations on the number of APCs available or the type of journals they can be used in. Please speak to your University Librarian or Open Access Administrator for more details and to check availability. Additional information can be found above regarding your institution’s OA agreement.
