The Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), through the contract between the Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) library and IEEE, has an open access agreement with IEEE. The agreement enables researchers to publish articles as open access with a 15% discount on eligible APCs for publishing in IEEE gold or IEEE hybrid open access journals. To benefit from this agreement, the corresponding author to be affiliated with Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and use the correct institution name and institution official email address during submission.
