The Technical University of Košice (TUKE) is a research and education institution that provides education and smart solutions for various areas of life. The Transformative Agreement between IEEE and Slovak CVTI Consortium provides access to more than 100 scientific journals for the consortium of 7 Slovak academic institutions.

This agreement will ensure that corresponding authors affiliated with participating institutions are eligible to publish their articles open access with fees covered in hybrid and OA journals across the IEEE portfolio.
